Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 or 2 oranges
2 limes
1 bunch of Peppermint leaves

Directions:
Slice them all and divide the ingredients between four 24 oz water bottles and fill them up with filtered water. Drink daily Not only does this taste delicious and help flush fat, but it also counts toward your daily water intake!

Lemons: Help in the absorption of sugars and calcium and cuts down your cravings for sweets.

Cucumbers act as a diuretic and flush fat cells. It is alkalizing to the body (if you have an alkaline body, no diseases can live there), and increase your energy levels.

Limes promote a healthy digestive tract.

Mint is a natural appetite suppressant that also aids in digestion.

Drink one gallon per day for 10 to 14 days and then take a break for 5 to 7 days before starting again due to the citric acid in the water.

Mountain Dew Apple Dumplings

Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples
2 cans crescent rolls
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon, to sprinkle
1 can Mountain Dew
Directions:
Peel and core apples. Cut apples into 8 slices each. Roll each slice into a crescent roll. Place in a 9×13 lightly buttered pan.
Melt butter, then add sugar, and barely stir. Add vanilla, stir, and pour over apples. Then pour the Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes

This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again.

Ingredients:

1 box Lemon Cake Mix
1 Egg
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
½ to 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky! Form dough into tablespoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in hot 350 oven until the edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 minute on baking sheet; then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CAESAR CHICKEN



This moist and tender chicken is as easy as smothering the chicken breasts in Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. The Parmesan helps to thicken the sauce and it all bakes down to cheesy creamy perfection. No need to even season the chicken because the Caesar dressing already has enough seasoning to go around. Be sure to grab a creamy Caesar dressing for ultimate goodness.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 cup Caesar salad dressing (click for homemade recipe)
½ cup sour cream (optional)
1-1½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Directions
Heat oven to 375 F and spray the inside of an 8″ x 11″ baking dish with cooking spray.
If the breasts are uneven thickness, pound them (placed in a Ziploc bag and on a flat surface) to an even ¾”-1″ thickness using a meat pounder. Sprinkle the breasts (both sides) with grated Parmesan cheese & freshly ground black pepper, and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Whisk together Caesar dressing and sour cream in a small bowl. Pour the Caesar/sour cream mixture over each breasts then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Place the prepared chicken in the oven and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of one of the middle breasts reads 150°F.
Turn the oven to broil and broil the breasts an additional 2-4 minutes or until the chicken turns golden brown. It can burn quickly, so watch it closely. When done, a meat thermometer should register 160 F when stuck into the thickest part of one of the middle breasts. Remove from the oven, cover loosely with foil and allow chicken to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.

Baked Mac N Cheese

Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1lb Elbow Macaroni
8 Tbsp (1 stick) plus 1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup (2 ounces) Shredded Muenster Cheese
1/2 Cup (2 ounces) Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup (2 ounces) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup (2 ounces) Shredded Monterey Jack
2 Cups Half-And-Half
1 Cup (8 ounces) Velveeta , cut into small cubes
2 Large Eggs , lightly beaten
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt - Buy Here
1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a deep 2 1/2-quart casserole.
2. Bring the large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the oil, then the elbow macaroni, and cook until the macaroni is just tender, about 7 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain well. Return to the cooking pot.
3. In a small saucepan, melt eight tablespoons of the butter. Stir into the macaroni. In a large bowl, mix the Muenster, mild and sharp Cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses. To the macaroni, add the half-and-half, 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese, the cubed Velveeta, and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to the buttered casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and dot with the remaining one tablespoon of butter.
4. Bake until it's bubbling around the edges, about 35 minutes. Serve hot.

Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie

Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie


This is really thick, so you need a spoon, and will give you 2 servings of fruit per serving

Ingredients:
2 medium apples
½ - 2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
½ cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
¼ cup (60ml) Almond or coconut milk
½ - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ - ¼ ground nutmeg
Directions:
Peel and chop the apples coarsely. Put in a microwave safe bowl along with the cinnamon and maple syrup. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes on high. They should be soft after the two minutes.
Meanwhile, add the yogurt, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg to the bowl of your food processor. When the apples are done, add half of them to the food processor and process about 30 seconds, or until thoroughly combined. Then with a spoon or spatula, stir in the other half of the cinnamon apples. At this point, it should be about room temperature. Serve now, or chill, or even warm up in the microwave if you'd like it warm.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake 



Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in juice, drained, juice reserved
1 jar (6 oz) maraschino cherries without stems, drained
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix
Vegetable oil and eggs as called for on cake mix box

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In 13 x 9 inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter. Gently press pineapple slices on brown sugar. Gently press a cherry in center of each pineapple slice, and arrange remaining cherries around slices.
Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to measure 1 cup. Make cake batter as directed on box, substituting pineapple juice mixture for the water. Pour batter over pineapple and cherries.
Bake 42 to 48 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Place heatproof serving plate upside down onto pan; turn plate and pan over. Leave pan over cake 5 minutes so brown sugar topping can drizzle over cake. Allow to cool & Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Bread

Sweet Potato Bread This Bread is To DIE FOR!!! 




Ingredients 
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, egg, sweet potatoes and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients (except walnuts) together well and add to wet ingredients. Stir until just combined. Fold in walnuts. Pour into 2 standard loaf pans. Bake for 75 minutes or until thin knife inserted in center comes out clean.
